About Me

In my therapeutic approach, I bring a genuine warmth and openness, rooted in a sincere quest for truth. I'm dedicated to seeing the whole person within the rich context of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and ethnic background. Drawing from extensive experience with immigrant communities, particularly from Asian-American backgrounds, and weaving in the threads of my own narrative as a Korean American woman, I offer a deeply culturally sensitive perspective in our work together. This perspective, enriched by my personal healing journey through past traumas, empowers me to tailor my support and ensure that it resonates with your distinct identity and life experiences.

I'm here, ready to listen to the stories that go deep, those moments you've kept to yourself. Let's explore and understand your path together, planning ways to help you live the life you dream of. It's important to me that you know your voice matters, that you matter. My ultimate aim is to guide you toward authenticity, inner peace, alignment with your values, and actualizing your fullest capabilities. It would be my honor to accompany you on this journey. I'm genuinely excited to connect with you.
